Working with schools and local authorities across England and Wales we, not surprisingly, come across similar or recurring needs and areas for development. We also recognise that with budgets remaining tight we need to find the most cost effect ways of helping institutions or clusters meet their needs. So we try where possible to develop our services in a way the development costs can be reused.

• Stakeholder Surveys - We have surveys to gather the views of pupils (including a learning survey), parents, teachers, non teaching staff, governos and the senior team (including views on Leadership, school culture, learning & teaching, and curriculum and assessment). • Ofsted and Estyn Preparation - We have developed a Pre-inspection "MOT" and also a full mock inspection programme to get you ready for your inspection. We also provide a templated critiquing service for your SEF and school profile.

• JAR Inspection Preparation - We have provided this service for many LA's who have gone on to have successful inspections.

• RAISE Analysis - Our RAISE Awareness product provides an understandable analysis of your RAISE which you can share with your colleagues and governors. Click here to view the RAISE Awareness product.

• Learning and Teaching Programme - A series of modules make up this programme of improvement including training, practical advice and evidence gathering. These modules are ready for use in your school. Click here to view the Learning and Teaching Programme.

• INSET & Training - We have a large number of courses and INSET days, which cover most topical items as well as the fundermentals of good education practice. At little or no development cost they can be run as an INSET, for smaller groups of teachers, for clusters or across LA's.
