Our Approach
Know what to expect

Each assignment is different but the process set out below will give you an idea of what to expect from us!
Stage 1 - Quality Interim Managers from the start
Unseen to the customer we throughly vet all Interim Managers coming onto our Excellence Chain, we:
  • In-depth interview to establish character and credibility as well as experience and track record.
  • All Cocentra Interim Managers are CRB checked when taken on and regularly through their relationship with us
  • All Cocentra Interim Managers are professionally and personally reference checked
  • All Cocentra Interim Managers receive induction onto our Excellence Chain and training in our products and services
Stage 2 - Customer need is established
We will either meet with the customer face-to-face (this is our preferred approach) or discuss over the phone the needs and requirements. We will be seeking to establish the role or support you require, timescales, person specification and to give an introduction to Cocentra and the way we work.
Stage 3 - Possible Candidates are identified
Our friendly, experienced team will use the information detailed from Stage 2 to find the best possible match on our Excellence ChainTM database.
Those selected candidates will be contacted to seek availability, match and agreement of us sending their CV to you. We never issue a CV unless approved by the candidate.
For those potential candidates who we feel are the best possible match, their CVs will be sent to you in our Cocentra format along with our standard Terms and Conditions.
Stage 4 - Customer and Candidates meet
We will arrange a meeting between you and candidate/s and if required we can accompany the candidate to the meeting. If either party would like to hold a telecon before finalising a meeting date this can also be arranged and hosted by Cocentra.
Stage 5 - Solution is finalised
After the meeting, feedback will be sought from both parties and if you, the candidate and Cocentra are all happy to progress then the work, timescales and costs will be negotiated and agreed.
Stage 6 - Contracts in place
Cocentra will raise and issue the relevant contracts in accordance with the EAA Regulations. Milestones and schedules of work will be completed if necessary in agreement with both you and the candidate.
Stage 7 - Assignment commences & the first 2 weeks
The candidate will start the assignment as agreed with you, receiving full back up and support from Cocentra. We will contact both the candidate and you to ensure both parties are happy with the way things are progressing.
Stage 8 - During the assignment
During the assignment Cocentra will send invoices at the end of each month for work completed in that month. Cocentra will also maintain contact with both you and the candidate to ensure milestones are being met and both parties are satisfied with the work being carried out.
Stage 9 - At the end of the assignment
At the end of the assignment we seek evaluation from both the customer and the candidate which we use to improve our services and ways we work.
